Shipping Terms & Conditions

UK Orders

• We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, Monday-Friday

• If we’re unable to meet our normal 48 hour shipping target for any reason, we’ll let you know when you place your order

• All UK orders will be posted Royal Mail first-class

• Postage in the UK will be charged depending on weight

• You may receive your order anywhere from the next day to 10 days, depending on when you placed your order and where you ask for the order to be delivered to

International Orders

• We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, Monday-Friday

• Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or a recognized international parcel carrier

• Orders may take 5-10 business days to reach your delivery address, dependent on clearing customs

• Items ordered from Two Gun Salute Ltd are sold and shipped from the UK, as such in addition to our standard international shipping charges you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties and other tariffs attracted by your order

Returns Policy

• We personally check each item prior to shipping so we’re sure you’ll be pleased with your order, but we’re happy to exchange any item if this isn’t the case

• Please contact us at sam@twogunsalute.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return an item

• Items should be returned to us unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached as originally received

• You will be responsible for all return postage costs
